Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets in assigned territories across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand promotions, activations, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing actionable insights.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market landscape and existing networks in hospitality or retail is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
