Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in Bali’s key markets, including tourism, co-working spaces, and international partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in Bali or Southeast Asia.
- Strong network and experience in the Indonesian market, with existing connections in Bali being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
