Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the automotive sector across Bali and beyond.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with dealerships, workshops, and OEMs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Engineering or Automotive Technology is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or account management within the automotive industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the automotive sector, including dealerships, workshops, and manufacturers.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is an advantage.
