In this role, you will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, foster long-term client relationships, and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders. Your ability to negotiate effectively and meet ambitious sales targets will be critical to expanding our market presence in Bali’s thriving tourism and logistics hubs, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s transportation, logistics, and tourism sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in transportation, logistics, or B2B services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and market gaps.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta for meetings.
