Responsibility
- Deliver packages and documents safely and efficiently across assigned routes in Bali.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures as required.
- Inspect and maintain the motorcycle to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Follow company protocols for handling fragile or high-priority shipments.
- Report any delivery issues or delays promptly to the dispatch team.
- Uphold company standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and minimum 1 year of riding experience.
- Proven experience as a courier or delivery rider preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, shortcuts, and traffic patterns.
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 kg.
- Basic smartphone literacy for navigation and delivery apps.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
