Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers across Bali, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Collect goods and materials from suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely pickups to support warehouse inventory.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining the integrity and condition of all transported items.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including signatures, timestamps, and any customer feedback or issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing any delivery-related inquiries.
- Support warehouse operations, including organizing stock, preparing orders, and assisting with inventory management as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including adherence to delivery schedules and route optimization.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery driving, logistics, or a related field (preferably in Bali).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key delivery routes (familiarity with Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc., is a plus).
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 kg.
- Basic English proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and mobile delivery tracking applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations (e.g., traffic delays, customer complaints) calmly and efficiently.
