Responsibility
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for the Director to meetings, events, and other appointments.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and inspections.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficiency and punctuality, considering traffic and road conditions.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding the Director’s schedule, discussions, and destinations.
- Assist with minor logistical tasks, such as handling documents or packages when required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating the needs of the Director and passengers.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably for executives or high-profile individuals.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Physically fit and able to handle long hours of driving when necessary.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
