Responsibility
- Operate self-loading vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload goods using hydraulic systems, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate deliveries.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Be available for overtime and flexible scheduling as needed to meet operational demands.
Qualifications
- Valid SIM B1/B2 license (active and in good standing).
- Proven experience as a Self-Loader Driver or similar role in logistics/transportation.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and self-loading vehicle operations.
- Excellent driving record with a commitment to safety and compliance.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing schedules.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks as required.
