Responsibility
- Safely operate company or client vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Transport passengers, goods, or documents to designated locations according to scheduled routes or on-demand requests.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance for reporting purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting passengers with luggage or deliveries as needed.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS or local knowledge to optimize routes and avoid delays.
- Handle minor vehicle issues (e.g., tire changes, fluid checks) and report major mechanical problems promptly.
- Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian SIM A or SIM B driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (preferably in logistics, corporate, or tourism sectors).
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long driving hours.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays as required.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
