Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sales sector across Bali and surrounding regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiations, and contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client deliverables.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
