Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand MAXHUB’s customer base in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
