Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali and beyond.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders to enhance brand reputation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent conversion and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and market expansion, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
