Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand client base and maximize revenue in the Bali market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, business development, or a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving team success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
