Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients in target sectors
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present IDEMIA solutions
  • Work closely with account executives to transition qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IDEMIA's identity solutions portfolio and competitive positioning

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales automation tools
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in technology sales or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
