Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead qualification to initial meeting booking.
  • Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation, or sales.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close business opportunities effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a hybrid, goal-oriented culture.
