Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to close deals.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at networking events and trade shows to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
