Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify new B2B leads through strategic outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in corporate clients.
- Present and pitch our solutions to potential clients, tailoring proposals to their business needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain CRM records with accurate and up-to-date client interactions and pipeline status.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings and training to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a related field (1-3+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunger for success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
