Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base in the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products and solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technology products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
