Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bali region to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Skyro at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the Bali region.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
