Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to expand our KOL and affiliate network.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-value influencers and affiliates to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, brands, and industry leaders.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated on fintech trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on partnership progress and results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or affiliate networks is a plus.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- Familiarity with fintech or financial services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
