Responsibility
- Franchise Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and secure new franchise opportunities in Bali and beyond, with a focus on high-potential markets.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with investors, franchisees, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Operational Optimization: Develop and implement standardized processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and profitability across franchise locations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Cultural Leadership: Leverage Mandarin and English fluency to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and align business practices with international standards.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor franchise performance metrics, budgeting, and P&L statements to ensure financial health and ROI.
- Team Development: Train and mentor franchise managers and staff to uphold brand standards and operational excellence.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all franchise operations adhere to local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in business development, franchise management, or F&B operations, with a track record of successful expansions.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the F&B or hospitality sector, including franchise models, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive collaborative decision-making.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and KPI tracking to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated success in high-stakes negotiations, contract drafting, and partnership closures.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in multicultural environments, with sensitivity to local and international business etiquette.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
