Responsibility
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to expand our VIP player base.
- Develop and execute strategic sales pitches tailored to luxury market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for VIP client acquisition.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent Newport World Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in hospitality, gaming, or luxury services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential client information.
