Responsibility
- Identify and onboard new broker clients and property developers to expand Lamudi’s real estate inventory in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, developers, and property owners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for property listings and client acquisitions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that attract both property sellers and buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with brokers and property owners to secure exclusive listings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
