Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors to expand But First, Coffee’s market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and execute targeted campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and contracts to secure partnerships and close deals.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to leadership with data-driven recommendations.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Stay updated on coffee industry innovations and consumer preferences to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in F&B or retail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and CRM tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Passion for coffee, sales, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
