Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market reach and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local brands, communities, influencers, and potential partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on business development performance, including metrics and ROI analysis.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and foster connections.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong network in Bali or Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a valid SIM C (Indonesian driverâs license) and a personal motorbike for mobility.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
