Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners and leasing opportunities in Bali and beyond.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand Song Fa Bak Kut Teh’s presence in new markets.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, leasing contracts, and partnership deals.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and growth potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth franchise onboarding.
- Monitor and report on franchise performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, franchise management, or leasing (F&B industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Bali’s F&B and hospitality landscape is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
