Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business leads through market research, cold outreach, and networking events.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the workplace office sector.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the office workspace or real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Deep understanding of the Bali business landscape and local market dynamics is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
