Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company’s footprint in the urology and endoscopy market across Bali.

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform product and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in urology, endoscopy, or surgical equipment sales and market development.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market, with existing networks in Bali being highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
