Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive the adoption of Maxicare’s prepaid healthcare solutions in Bali.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential corporate clients, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals to expand the customer base.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including needs assessment, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to tailor prepaid healthcare packages that meet client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, HR managers, and insurance brokers.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or prepaid services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, particularly Bali, with existing networks in the corporate or SME sector being highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with prepaid healthcare models, insurance products, or financial services is a strong asset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
