Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate premium retail, medical, and beauty channels in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with key retailers, clinics, and distributors to expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the beauty and wellness sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with brand positioning and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent Esse Vida at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and ROI to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
