Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate premium retail, medical, and beauty channels in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with key retailers, clinics, and distributors to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the beauty and wellness sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with brand positioning and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Esse Vida at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and ROI to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
