Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with merchants, retailers, and restaurants throughout Bali.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of our POS system to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Prepare sales reports and market insights to assist in refining our regional business strategy.
  • Provide after-sales support and basic training to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the Bali business landscape, particularly in the retail or F&B sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or mobile sales tools.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle license and own transportation for travel across Bali.
  • Fluency in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
