Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the plastic and chemical raw materials sector across Bali and surrounding regions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand the company’s market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with production, logistics, and customer service.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the plastic or chemical raw materials industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business deals.
- Strong understanding of the plastic and chemical supply chain, including raw material sourcing, pricing, and distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
