Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in PCB, EMS, and Medical Technology Manufacturing across Southeast Asia and global markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, OEMs, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within PCB, EMS, or Medical Technology industries.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IPC-A-600).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
