Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in PCB, EMS, and Medical Technology Manufacturing across Southeast Asia and global markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, OEMs, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within PCB, EMS, or Medical Technology industries.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IPC-A-600).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
