Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, tenders, and client acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead solution-based selling by understanding client needs and proposing tailored O&G products/services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations to high-level decision-makers.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and market feedback to refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of O&G market dynamics, regulations, and key players.
  • Ability to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance provided).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Malay) are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
