Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, tenders, and client acquisitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Lead solution-based selling by understanding client needs and proposing tailored O&G products/services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations to high-level decision-makers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and market feedback to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of O&G market dynamics, regulations, and key players.
- Ability to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance provided).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Malay) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
