Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic expansion plan for pop-up booths across high-traffic locations in Bali.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including monthly revenue, ROI per booth, and average daily sales.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of promoters to maximize productivity and sales conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for offline engagement.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize variance and ensure seamless booth operations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align pop-up activations with brand campaigns and promotions.
- Negotiate contracts with venue partners, mall management, and event organizers to secure cost-effective spaces.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on booth performance, challenges, and growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or retail expansion, with a focus on offline channels.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through pop-up booths, kiosks, or experiential marketing.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in Excel or BI tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities to manage teams and external partners.
- Experience in the Indonesian market, particularly Bali, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events, as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
