Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to expand our client base within the nutraceutical and functional ingredient sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads across domestic and international markets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging health supplement requirements.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to align our product offerings with current client needs and market demands.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential corporate clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Attend industry-related trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the nutraceuticals, food ingredients, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of functional food regulations and market standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all management levels.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into successful sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for international dealings.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required for business development purposes.
