Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the institutional OTC client base across TradFi, cross-border payments, and crypto sectors.
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and institutional clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including banks, payment processors, hedge funds, and crypto exchanges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling pitches, proposals, and market analyses to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive sales and relationship management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within financial services (TradFi, payments, or crypto).
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing institutional clients, with a strong network in Southeast Asia or global markets.
- Deep understanding of OTC trading, cross-border payments, FX, or digital asset markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client needs to drive strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services (e.g., KYC, AML).
