Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and acquire new high-net-worth clients and strategic partners to expand our gold financing, gold investment, and wealth management services.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate and individual clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions and promotional campaigns tailored to target markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the financial services sector.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward business objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFP, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services, banking, or wealth management industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of gold financing, investment products, and wealth management solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience working in or familiarity with the Indonesian market, particularly Bali, is highly desirable.
