Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and convert new leads into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, industry leaders, and local businesses.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, sales metrics, and revenue targets to ensure continuous growth.
  • Represent Boardroom at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership development.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian, are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
