Responsibility
- Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital infrastructure, including data centers, cloud services, and connectivity solutions.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, telecom providers, tech startups, and enterprise clients to drive collaboration.
- Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract finalization, ensuring alignment with Kuok Group’s growth objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets for assigned markets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Kuok Group at industry conferences, forums, and high-level meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, legal, and finance teams to structure deals and ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market insights for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in digital infrastructure, telecom, or technology sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital infrastructure ecosystems, including data centers, fiber networks, or cloud services.
- Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, government officials, and industry leaders.
- Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals with complex stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret market data, financial models, and ROI projections to justify business cases.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia for client meetings and industry events.
