Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s conveyancing client base.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or conveyancing within the real estate sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
