Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Converged Access Infrastructure (CAI) solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, and key industry stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial opportunity qualification and technical presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to design customized solutions that address specific client requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep Trends Group at the forefront of the CAI sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to executive leadership.
- Maintain a high-conversion sales pipeline by ensuring effective follow-ups and account management excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, specifically within the IT infrastructure, networking, or telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of Converged Access Infrastructure (CAI) technologies and market landscape.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and KPIs in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex technical sales projects under tight deadlines.
- Professional proficiency in English and Filipino; highly organized and self-motivated professional.
