Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Bali region, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities using KPIs and data analytics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the FMCG and dairy sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
