As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and develop strategies to enhance our brand’s footprint in Bali. Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s hospitality and tourism sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, property owners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential partners to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on business development activities.
- Represent RedDoorz at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s tourism and hospitality market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
