Responsibility
- Identify and target potential hotel partners in Bali to expand RedDoorzâs property portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve quarterly and annual acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research to analyze competition, pricing trends, and growth opportunities in Baliâs hospitality sector.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for RedDoorz and property owners.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to onboard new properties and ensure seamless integration into the RedDoorz platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive retention and upsell additional services.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, revenue growth) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Represent RedDoorz at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the hospitality or tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Baliâs hospitality landscape, including local market trends and key players.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
