Responsibility
- Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with brands, agencies, and content creators to expand Ryze’s ecosystem.
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and contract finalization.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align partnerships with platform capabilities and user needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and emerging players in the AI/creator space.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Ryze at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and ROI to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (3+ years) in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital media.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to craft compelling pitches and proposals.
- Strong understanding of AI, creator economy, or digital marketing landscapes.
- Self-starter mentality with a results-driven approach and comfort in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and manage pipelines.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (if required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
