Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and digital channels to generate new business leads.
  • Assist senior account executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the cybersecurity space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and support) to deliver seamless sales processes.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and KPIs using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Stay updated on Netrust’s product offerings and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome!).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles or a willingness to learn (training provided).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (e.g., SSL, encryption, digital identity) is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and comfortable learning new software tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Eligibility to work in Indonesia (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
