Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share in equities solutions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients, brokers, and financial partners.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of performance and innovation.

Qualifications
