Responsibility
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and business opportunities to expand the companyâs reach.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the industry.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships and represent JTBR Group.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to optimize business development efforts.
- Assist in maintaining CRM databases and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and leads.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions with innovative ideas to enhance business processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, market research, and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
