Responsibility
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and business opportunities in Bali and beyond.
- Support the development of sales strategies, pitch decks, and proposals to attract new partners and clients.
- Conduct market analysis to assess industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for outreach campaigns (e.g., emails, social media, presentations).
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain CRM databases and track leads, interactions, and sales pipelines accurately.
- Assist in organizing and attending networking events, trade shows, or webinars to expand the company’s presence.
- Prepare weekly reports on progress, challenges, and recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Passion for sales, business development, or entrepreneurship with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Availability to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship in Bali (relocation support may be discussed).
- Prior internship or part-time experience in sales, customer service, or market research is a plus.
